SHIPPING (US Only)

I currently use USPS for shipping orders within the United States. All orders ship within 1-3 weeks.
If your package gets lost in transit I will do everything I possibly can to assist you. I cannot be held responsible for packages once proof of delivery is generated.

If your package requires a signature, I am not responsible for any charges incurred for refused packages, and/or packages requiring signatures that were not picked up from access points in a timely manner. In the case a package is refused and/or returned to me, the fees to re-ship the original package will be invoiced to the customer.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

All prints, and anything else sold on JamieLynnArt.shop is a final sale.

All prints must be checked upon receipt. Please contact me within 5 days of receipt if you have any questions about the prints you have received as I place the highest importance on supplying all orders correctly. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please send me an e-mail and I will evaluate if I decide to give you an exchange.

If an item arrives damaged, please contact me within 5 days of delivery so I can file a claim directly with USPS. USPS requires photos of the damage on the item, photos of the shipping container (box, tube, envelope, etc) showing the damage on the exterior and a photo of the container with your shipping label attached. Please do not dispose any part of the packaging as USPS will occasionally pick the items up for further inspection.
